Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about food delivery services, resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on services and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the food delivery sector.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
