Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about Dyson products, ensuring they have the information and support they need.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of product changes and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence and brand representation.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively from home, maintaining organization and productivity.
