Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about car leasing options and financing deals, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• A strong interest in the automotive industry and customer service.
