Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients in the automotive insurance and claims sector through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and insurance products.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in insurance or claims, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
