In this position, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding various online retail products, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) along with strong English communication skills is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment!
