If you are passionate about travel and hospitality and have a knack for providing exceptional customer support, this role is tailored for you. You will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to hotel reservations, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while planning their vacations. Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, assist with bookings, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and hotel partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about hospitality trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) in addition to English is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
