You will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding health products, ensuring they receive the information and support they need. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries related to health products, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of health products and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential, along with proficiency in English. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or the health/wellness sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and vibrant work environment!
