Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients from Nordic countries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and cancellations with efficiency.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate high-quality service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about aviation services and policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• Strong passion for customer service and travel.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in the unique culture of Athens.
