Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products and services.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service expertise.

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
• Adaptability and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
