You will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to airline reservations, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable travel planning experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, assist with flight bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions to aid in service delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and airline partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in continuous training to stay informed about industry trends and customer support best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in any Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) along with English (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and dynamic work environment!
