Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred, especially in the Tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide solutions under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from a remote location.
• Passion for travel and tourism, with a desire to help others plan their perfect trip.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
