Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone.
• Handle inquiries regarding products, orders, and site navigation.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively while providing a high level of service.
• Work with the Online Retail team to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Participate in continuous training and development to enhance your skill set and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential, along with strong English skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or online retail is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in customer management software.
• Motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and customer service.
