Your Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Nordic languages across our social media channels.
• Ensure compliance with community guidelines to promote a safe and engaging online experience.
• Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
• Engage with the online community to foster positive discussions and interactions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve moderation practices.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and friendly working environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong interest in social media and community engagement.
• Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
