Your Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in a Nordic language related to gaming and esports across various platforms.
• Ensure all content adheres to community guidelines to promote a respectful online environment.
• Quickly identify and report any inappropriate content or user behavior.
• Engage with the gaming community to encourage constructive discussions and interactions.
• Provide useful feedback to enhance moderation practices and community engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English (written and spoken) is essential. Please specify your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong interest in gaming, esports, and online communities.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, accompanied by a friendly and approachable demeanor.
