In this essential role, you will work closely with clients from the Nordic region, providing expert guidance and support in optimizing their use of our cutting-edge cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Your expertise will be vital in ensuring clients receive comprehensive support during the onboarding process and beyond, maximizing the value of our offerings. If you are passionate about technology and thrive in a multicultural environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for Nordic-speaking clients, fully understanding their SaaS and cloud computing needs.
• Provide tailored advice and recommendations to optimize clients’ cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Assist clients during the onboarding process, addressing any implementation challenges that may arise.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars to empower clients to effectively utilize our SaaS products.
• Gather and manage client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in SaaS and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) as well as English is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Previous experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or a relevant consulting role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their practical applications in business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural adventure.
