Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online payment solutions.
• Swiftly resolve client issues involved in payment processing.
• Deliver training and support to clients on effectively using our payment platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address more complex client concerns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in payment technologies.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, especially in the payments or fintech sectors, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of online payment systems and related technologies is preferred.
