Nordic Speaking Consultant for Artificial Intelligence Department

Your Responsibilities

• Consult with Nordic-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and advising on our AI offerings.
• Assess client needs and deliver customized AI solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest AI advancements to provide knowledgeable input.
• Work alongside the sales team to contribute to achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Experience in consultancy or a customer support role is beneficial.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and addressing client needs.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
