Your Responsibilities
- Consult with Nordic-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and advising on our AI offerings.
- Assess client needs and deliver customized AI solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest AI advancements to provide knowledgeable input.
- Work alongside the sales team to contribute to achieving sales goals.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Experience in consultancy or a customer support role is beneficial.
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
- Analytical mindset for problem-solving and addressing client needs.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
