Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring standards.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of recruitment experience, focusing on oil and gas roles.
  • Knowledge of Middle East hiring practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
