Node.js Full Stack Developer Sr. – Hybrid in Guadalajara
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer as a Support Engineer L4 to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications. As a senior engineer, you will influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development support for L4 of full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

Supervise the Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Validation and improvement of API Management: Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers.

Propose experience for Optimization: Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

Strong Collaboration: Work with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead and conduct improvements to the DevOps team: Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes and standards.
Technical Skills Required
-
Experience: Senior-level with 8+ years of experience in software development.

Frontend: Advanced proficiency with Angular, including component architecture, state management, and UI performance.

Backend: Deep experience with Node.js and modern frameworks such as Express or NestJS.

Database: Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design.

Cloud: Professional experience with AWS, including designing and deploying production workloads.
- Support Experience: Dedduging, troubleshooting and maintaince background.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terragrunt or Terraform).

Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

Experience with GraphQL, DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, Athena, or Glue.

Familiarity with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts.
Location & Schedule

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Rinconada del Bosque).
- Modality: Remote, required 2 or 3 days per month in the office to maintain infrastructure activities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and availability to support calls.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
