What You Will Be Doing

The NOC Intern will provide technical expertise in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues across ChargePoint’s charging stations. The role focuses on reducing outages, improving uptime, and ensuring smooth operations through proactive maintenance and collaboration with service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse, diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical problems in charging stations.
  • Define and drive resolutions for faults to reduce outages and improve uptime.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, analysis, and resolutions in case notes.
  • Collaborate with other service teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Perform proactive preventative maintenance for hardware and software.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of different ChargePoint charging station models.
  • Contribute to process and procedure improvements through technical documentation.
  • Follow the guidance and direction of Managers to ensure alignment with team priorities and standards.

Requirements

  • A brief understanding on technical support environment for complex hardware and software solutions 
  • Certifications, or bachelor’s degree in technical field
  • Understanding in at least one or more of the following fields would be a value add (Network/Systems engineering, Electrical or Electronics engineering - Technical Support engineer who has ability to understand and diagnose the technical aspect in any technological domains)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with collaborative mindset. Should be a team player
  • Willingness to work in office premises
