THE ROLE
- -Consistently deliver the Maison UK service standard to residents and all visitors
- -Undertaking all duties from the front desk
- -Establish and maintain positive relationships with the residents to best understand their needs
- -Solving problems for the residents
- -Give recommendations to our residents
- -Replying to resident emails, messages and calls
- -Assist with resident move-ins
- -Parcel management and security
- -Promote resident events and engagement on The Maison UK website and social media platforms (plus the upcoming app)
- -Good knowledge of local city attractions, destinations and surrounding areas
- -Able to use initiative to enhance the developments reputation and make the community the best available
- -Working with senior management to assist in building the Resident Experience model that will be rolled out across all of our future developments
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- -Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humour, plenty of energy and enthusiasm
- -Experience in a customer service role
- -Proactive and enjoy going the extra mile
- -Excellent written and verbal skills
- -Team player and multitasker
- -A people person with a can-do attitude
- -Organised, accurate and informed
- -Attention to detail
