As a Night Auditor at Grand Hotel Timeo, A Belmond Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless financial operations and guest security during the overnight hours. Working diligently behind the scenes, you will be responsible for balancing the day's accounts and preparing the hotel for the next day's activities, all while maintaining our high standards of guest service for any late-night arrivals or inquiries. Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Performing daily audit processes, balancing all hotel accounts, and generating reports.
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during night hours.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally overnight.
• Ensuring the security of the hotel and guests, monitoring premises during the night shift.
• Preparing for the next day's operations, including setting up systems and reports.
• Processing financial transactions, including payments, postings, and reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across all systems.
• Liaising with other departments for smooth handover and continuous operation.

Requirements

What You Bring: 

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a 5-star luxury hotel. 

• Proficiency with hotel management systems (HMS) and Microsoft Excel. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• A polished, professional appearance and demeanour. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure. 

• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
