Night Auditor

Belmond Romazzino, located in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Night Auditor to join our team for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional, luxury experiences to guests in world-renowned destinations. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, managing all Front Office tasks, and handling accounting procedures while maintaining the highest levels of service. You will be part of a dynamic team working together to exceed guest expectations.

• Oversee all Front Office operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, guest escorting, cashier operations, and general guest care, in line with Belmond’s policies and procedures.
• Perform daily closure of operations, including cashier checks for all hotel outlets, reviewing accounting reports, posting control, and providing data for local government institutions.
• Assist guests with any requests they may have during the night.
• Effectively manage emergencies, following the correct procedures and ensuring guest safety at all times.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately (both verbally and non-verbally), positively impacting your role, the business, and Belmond’s service culture.
• Use non-verbal communication to enhance understanding and actively demonstrate sensitivity to guests’ and colleagues’ needs and emotions. Adjust your style to accommodate different situations.
• Manage your own emotions in challenging situations and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
• Be a team player, share information and skills, actively seek and provide feedback, and collaborate to improve team performance.
• Provide genuine, consistent, and high levels of service, exceeding guest expectations and showing a sense of urgency and ownership of your responsibilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian is required; proficiency in a third language is preferred.

• Previous experience in the same Night Auditor role or similar in a 4/5-star hotel environment.
• Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., HMS) and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
• Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, both verbally and non-verbally, to ensure positive interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Strong emotional intelligence, able to manage your own emotions and demonstrate sensitivity to others in various situations.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional service and anticipate guest needs while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
