Job role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Service Delivery due to organic growth.

 

In this key front-line role, you will deliver and oversee corporate training to support the development of new and existing staff. As a NightHawk Trainer, you will assess training needs, deliver tailored inductions, create high‑quality learning materials, and provide a safe, supportive environment for learning. You will also monitor progress and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement across Medica’s training programmes.

 

In this role, you will deliver structured training programmes for new and existing employees, creating engaging learning materials and offering approachable, ongoing support. You will ensure training remains current with Medica’s processes, policies, and technology while acting as a subject matter expert and point of contact for training-related queries. Key responsibilities include running refresher sessions to maintain compliance, assessing trainee performance, and supporting HR and Recruitment with onboarding. You will track mandatory training completion, prepare progress reports, and gather feedback to continually enhance learning outcomes. Working closely with Team Leaders and the wider leadership team, you will help identify skill gaps and shape targeted development plans. You will also manage onboarding tasks such as setting up system access, introducing new starters to key contacts, and fostering a positive team culture, all while maintaining flexibility to meet training and service needs.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Two or more year’s experience in a training / coaching and development role

  • Experience in Articulate 360 to create digital learning content

  • Experience in designing e-learning, blended learning, and structured training programmes

  • Ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate learning outcomes

  • Experience in delivering training both in-person and remotely to large groups.

  • Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with team leaders, managers, and new starters.

  • Strong planning skills to coordinate and lead onboarding, refresher courses, and training compliance.

  • Competent in preparing accurate reports and tracking compliance to present back to key stakeholders.

  • Ability to interpret training metrics and react accordingly to drive continuous improvement
