Requirements

Apply if you:

• have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 3 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects,
• have experience in managing multiple projects in the tech industry;
• have current hands-on experience in working directly with a development team,
• are well-versed in the agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Confluence, Lean Canvas,
• have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices
• easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions,
• have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists,
• have an excellent command of written and spoken English; Polish not required.

We are currently looking for 3 PM roles to join 3 different projects as soon as possible:

1. Senior PM with retail experience

Project: in CET

Freelance assignment: full-time, 8-months project (with possible prolongation), B2B contract OR internal hire (B2B/CoE).

We are looking for a person:

• able to work with developers on technical requirements and understand how they should work to be effective (around 30% of capacity) but also is fluent with business vibe (around 70% of capacity)
• able to work with business stakeholders,
• who can explain in "natural language" what happens in tech,
• who can construct the business roadmap,
• understanding what pieces need to be delivered from business to tech, for tech to make their job done

2. Scrum Master/PM role

Project: in CET, role combines Scrum Master and Project Manager duties, facilitating Agile processes while managing project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Responsibility for fostering team collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring successful project execution.

Freelance assignment: full-time, 3-months project, B2B contract

Requirements:

• Background in software development/engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• 2+ years of experience with Jira.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams to successful project delivery.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based product development is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
