- Client: one of the top Polish brands, a popular platform for booking beauty and wellness appointments, offering clients easy scheduling and reviews, while helping professionals manage calendars, payments, and marketing.
- Project: The project is a side business of one of the fastest growing tech companies in Poland. This platform helps business owners easily order supplies from multiple trusted vendors in one place. It streamlines purchasing, inventory management, and access to exclusive offers—making it easier for businesses to run smoothly.
- Tasks: promoting e-commerce listed products among the client's merchants through sms, push, and e-mail campaigns.
- Project length: 6 months.
- Timezone: CEST.
- Location: European Union.
- Language requirements: advanced Polish and English.
Requirements
- Required skills: experience in e-commerce marketing, toolset should be proposed by the candidate.
- Practical experience with multichannel CRM campaigns, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels – from strategy to reporting.
- Ability to provide clear examples of successful campaigns, including defined KPIs, results achieved, and lessons learned.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance cost-efficiency with performance and ROI.
- Hands-on experience with CRM marketing operations, including working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present campaign strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
