We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Concierge to be the main point of contact for new customers during their installation journey. This fully onsite role is all about creating a seamless and professional experience — offering the kind of "white glove treatment" that sets NewSouth apart.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all new customers after purchase
Proactively reach out to customers to provide a warm introduction and outline next steps
Deliver status updates throughout the production and installation process
Respond to customer questions or concerns, acting as a liaison to internal departments (production, scheduling, service, etc.)
Collect and document customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and support continuous improvement
Keep all customer files, notes, and documents accurately updated in the CRM system
Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer documents and information
Partner with internal teams to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they impact the customer
Maintain a professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented tone in all interactions
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or call center role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask and update systems while speaking with customers
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and task-oriented focus
Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
