New Project Lead (Time-Limited Project)

About the Role

Bandsintown is launching a new live-events initiative and is seeking a hands-on Project Lead with strong experience in event production, artist/venue booking, budgeting, and on-site operations. This is a time-limited project, and you will report directly to Bandsintown leadership while owning end-to-end execution.



What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage the project plan, timeline, and operational workflows.
  • Lead event production: venue coordination, vendor management, technical planning, and on-site execution.
  • Book and coordinate with artists, agents, venues, and local partners.
  • Create and manage detailed budgets and cost controls.
  • Deliver clear weekly updates, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Analyze event performance and support strategic decisions about next steps.



What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years in event production, concert operations, venue or artist booking, or tour/stage management.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills; ability to run events independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor-management abilities.
  • Business degree is a plus.
  • Experience working for a local promoter is a strong plus.
  • Passion for live music and high-quality event execution.
  • Knowledge of Miami/South Florida venues and production ecosystem is helpful.
  • Bi/Tri/lingual (English/Spanish).

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
