Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues related to retail products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria - relocation package provided!
