Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to manage inquiries and provide effective solutions.
