Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality back-office support to Polish-speaking customers concerning gaming inquiries.

• Document customer interactions and solutions to contribute to quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and gaming-related technologies.
• Experience in customer service or back-office support is preferred.
