Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries about tourism-related services and products in Sofia.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on tourism offerings and customer service techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and the tourism industry.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
