As our Ingredient Project Manager, you will own and drive end-to-end New Ingredient Development (NID) across Sweden, Norway and Denmark, ensuring new ingredients move efficiently from idea to menu while balancing quality, cost, operational feasibility and speed-to-market.
Sitting within the Culinary (Product) team, you will act as the central connector between Product and Sourcing, partnering closely with Local and International Sourcing Managers, FSQA, Supply Chain, Marketing and Menu Planning to ensure seamless onboarding and transparency on progress, risks and opportunities.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will bring structure to ingredient development, challenge existing constraints such as packaging, shelf life and certification requirements, and unlock opportunities that enable us to innovate faster without compromising quality or margin.
