(NEW GRAD ONLY) Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We are seeking a motivated New College Graduate (NCG) to join the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team with a focus on digital transformation.
• This role provides a unique opportunity to apply engineering fundamentals, quality system and Digital tools to transform supplier quality management processes
• The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve quality performance, drive automation, support the Industry 4.0 journey, and predict quality
• Key responsibility: Collect, analyze, and visualize supplier quality data using digital tools (Power BI, SQL, or equivalent)
• Assist in developing and maintaining digital dashboards, automated reports, and data-driven decision-making tools for SQE, including digital transformation projects
• Participate in supplier workshops and training to promote digital adoption and continuous improvement

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science/engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering or a related field.

PREFERRED:

• Internship in manufacturing, process improvement or digital transformation
• Exposure to Six Sigma tools

SKILLS:

• Knowledge in Automated Workforce project and digital transformation
• Good knowledge and skills in machine learning and deep learning
• Strong skills in Data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or Python)
• Basic programming in web development or automation knowledge (Python, PLC, or data collection)
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written
