Lead product vision and strategy for innovative puzzle games, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving user engagement for millions worldwide.
Build and maintain the product vision and strategy for assigned puzzle games across 0→1 (concept-to-launch) and 1→10 (scale) phases.
Translate division / unit strategy into clear product objectives, value proposition, and positioning — with a deep understanding of the puzzle genre landscape (match-3, merge, block, jigsaw, etc.).
Define and track key product success metrics: revenue, retention (D1/D7/D30), engagement, monetization (ARPU/ARPPU), and level-completion funnels.
Lead roadmap development and feature prioritization for puzzle product(s).
Balance short-term experimentation (meta-layer tests, economy tuning, level pacing) with long-term scalability and technical constraints (with Tech Lead).
Align roadmap with New Games portfolio bets and company strategy.
Manage execution cycles: break strategy into epics, ensure backlog is groomed and prioritized, and drive delivery quality and speed.
Work closely with Senior PO / PO to turn strategy into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Facilitate alignment across Tech, Game Design, Art, and QC; remove blockers and arbitrate trade-offs.
Lead product discovery through competitive analysis of top puzzle titles, player insights, and data to shape features, meta-systems, and core-loop mechanics.
Partner with Game Designer to ensure puzzle mechanics, difficulty curves, and progression systems align with product strategy and KPIs.
Ensure UX and art direction consistently serve the defined product vision (with Art / UI-UX functions).
Own product performance post-launch; define hypotheses and experiments to improve core metrics (e.g., level pass-rate optimization, session length, monetization conversion).
Review data with PO and Devs; decide on next optimization loops, content updates, LiveOps events, and system tuning.
Build product management capabilities in the New Games team: frameworks, rituals, and best practices tailored to puzzle game development.
Mentor POs on strategy, market insight, and data-driven decision making.
4 - 6+ years in Product Management / game Product roles
Proven success in puzzle games: must have built and scaled at least 1 puzzle title to significant scale (e.g., top-grossing chart, sustained DAU growth, or meaningful revenue milestone). This will be verified through portfolio review.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (Tech, Art, GD, QC) without formal authority.
Clear communication in English and Vietnamese; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with LiveOps, ad monetization (waterfall, bidding, eCPM optimization), and UA feedback loops.
Experience working in fast-paced, portfolio-driven game studios.
