• Handle banking-related inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish is essential, along with good English communication skills.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support.

• Able to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new lifestyle.
