Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to Finnish-speaking clients in the automotive sector.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Document interactions clearly and effectively to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to constantly improve customer service operations.
• Stay updated on automotive products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Indicate your native language and nationality clearly in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and embrace a new lifestyle.
