Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive sector through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding automotive products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
