Main Responsibilities

• Monitor user activities to ensure compliance with digital safety standards.
• Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries about trust and safety issues raised by users.
• Educate users on best practices for maintaining security in their digital interactions.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve and enhance safety policies and procedures.
• Document trends and insights related to user safety, providing feedback to management.
• Stay informed on the latest challenges and developments in the digital trust and safety realm.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or currently residing in the area.
