POSITION SUMMARY 


The Adobe New Business Lead will spearhead new logo acquisition within Adobe ICP accounts across the region. This senior-level hunter will build C-level relationships, originate and close transformational opportunities, and ensure Bluprintx is positioned as a trusted Adobe services partner. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the Adobe go-to-market strategy regionally, in partnership with Adobe’s field organization and Bluprintx leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the regional new business development strategy for Adobe ICP accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic new logo opportunities across Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, Marketo, Analytics, and related solutions.
  • Deliver against quotas for TCV, ACV bookings, and in-year revenue recognition.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with velocity and 3–4x coverage.
  • Act as Bluprintx’s senior Adobe-facing commercial lead in the region, strengthening alignment with Adobe sales and alliances.
  • Develop compelling client value propositions in collaboration with delivery, consulting, and marketing.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Represent Bluprintx at Adobe events and industry forums to expand visibility and pipeline.
  • Ensure successful transition of closed deals to account management for ongoing retention and expansion.



KPIs

  • Total Contract Value (TCV) booked
  • Annual Contract Value (ACV) booked
  • In-year revenue recognition
  • Pipeline velocity and coverage
  • Successful new logo handovers leading to renewal/expansion

 


Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales and business development.
  • Proven track record in hunting and closing large new logos in consulting, SaaS, or services.
  • Deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, or multi-cloud).
  • Ability to drive 7-figure+ complex enterprise deals across multiple stakeholders.
  • Established relationships in the Salesforce partner ecosystem a strong advantage.
  • Strong executive presence and consultative, outcomes-driven approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building Bluprintx’s Salesforce presence across the region.

 

Languages

  • Business English. A bonus second language relevant to customer/partner base

 

Experience (technical, commercial, industry / product / functional expertise, etc.)

  • Experience in developing strong revenue streams across software and services relevant to BPX offerings
