Position Summary

Endpoint/Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing all endpoints (clients and servers) owned by Internal IT Team. You will be responsible for administering Customer Zero instances of Ivanti Neurons for UEM, Neurons for MDM and Neurons for ITAM.

You will be cooperating closely with the Engineering and Product Support Teams, implementing new features on the Customer Zero products, as well as reporting product issues/bugs and working together towards resolution.

What you get to do in this role:  

• Utilize Ivanti products to automate internal processes and services, develop Neurons BOTs to enhance user digital experience
• Oversee processes related to Endpoint Management, like Operating System Provisioning, Software Distribution, Patch Deployment, MDM, Antivirus
• Ensure endpoint’s security and compliance
• Act as a point of contact for escalations in Endpoint Management for Windows, macOS and Linux (technical issues escalated by IT colleagues or internal employees)
• Daily operations, maintenance and cleanup of the environment
• Work with Global Infrastructure team and assist with projects, system improvements and consolidation

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years working full time with Endpoint Management products and technologies (preferably Ivanti Neurons)
• Enterprise support experience in Windows/macOS/Linux related issues
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Proven experience working with any EPM/MDM tool, experience with Ivanti products would be a benefit
• Excellent knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems and macOS
• Intermediate to Advanced level in PowerShell or bash scripting
• Nice to have, but not a must: virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure, O365
• Demonstrates flexible thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in DNS, IP Networking, Firewall, HTTPS, Active Directory
• Demonstrates consistency and reliability
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent time management, decision making and organization skills
