We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious global technical support team in Warsaw, Poland. Our team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support.

Teltonika’s Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious engineer to improve their skills and be part of the technical support to innovative networking devices.

In this role, you will:

Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to Teltonika Networks products. This involves communication with both customers and our remote support team via a ticketing platform and online meetings.
Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges.
Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.

What we expect from you:

Good communication skills and etiquette both in speaking and writing.
Ability and desire to help others.
Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage.
Knowledge in Computer Networking.
Good English language skills (advanced user level), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education.
Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to form technical documentation.
Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 8.000 – 10.000 PLN gross / month depending on your experience and expertise.
