Assist in executing inspection and testing of devices to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality.
Assist in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Assist in handling updates, upgrades, repair, and other maintenance tasks of hardware
Assist in designing and install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling
Keep records of customer interactions & feedback
Provide technical support to customers and clients and advice where necessary
Testing and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices

2-3 years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
Experience in computer networking, networking administration, and installation.
Bachelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Ability to diagnose faults, user-testing, and implement required changes.
Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installations and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange
Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
