Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with team members and operations leaders effectively.
  • Manage real-time incident support for drivers and logistics networks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Vehicle Transporters and Advocates.
  • Collaborate with various departments to minimize disruptions.
  • Perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; experience in Customer Service preferred.
  • Practical experience in Maintenance and/or Logistics is a plus.
  • Must commute to the Tempe headquarters (5 days a week).
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
