Trackman is a global leader in baseball tracking technology. As a Field Operations Coordinator, you would play an important role in organizing Trackman Baseball field work. You would interface with key stakeholders, customers, and contractors. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning and organizing field operations work including installs, calibrations, upgrades, relocations, swaps, repairs
Configuring Trackman hardware
Special operations projects, including event management
Coordination and execution of product testing
Pick, pack, and ship of Trackman hardware
Assist with the management of daily baseball field operational activities
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, teams/customers, stadium facilities, IT, and field personnel, account management
Administrative closeout of projects, including organizing pictures, documentation, and proper data capture
Managing and entering Navision (ERP system) data
Manage various operational excel workbooks and project management tools
Participation in reporting exercises and meetings
Preparing of operations documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with implementation of operational process improvements
Lead presentations with customers and internal stakeholders
Ad-hoc office and operational requests
Phone support for contractor/customer aiming and calibration phone calls
Office based role with flexibility provided as needed
Some travel may be required
