We are looking for a Network Operation Engineer to join our clients 24/7 NOC team, ensuring high network availability and quick resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure and services around the clock.
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve network incidents efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and network changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years NOC or network operations experience, providing L2 support.
  • Strong experience in TCP/IP, routing/switching protocols (such as MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, HSRP, STP, RTP), and DNS, DHCP, VPN, PPPOE, SNMP
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and configuring routing and switching protocols.
  • CCNA preferred; Python/scripting a plus.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
