Role: Network Operation Engineer (L2)

We are looking for a Network Operation Engineer to join our clients 24/7 NOC team, ensuring high network availability and quick resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage network infrastructure and services around the clock.
Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve network incidents efficiently.
Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and network changes.
Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
1–3 years NOC or network operations experience, providing L2 support.
Strong experience in TCP/IP, routing/switching protocols (such as MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, HSRP, STP, RTP), and DNS, DHCP, VPN, PPPOE, SNMP
Proven experience troubleshooting and configuring routing and switching protocols.
CCNA preferred; Python/scripting a plus.
Ability to work rotating shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
