About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Developers with strong experience in Network Management System (NMS) development. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols and proven hands-on expertise with gRPC-based architectures.

You will work on designing and developing scalable network management solutions that enable seamless monitoring, configuration, and optimization of modern networks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain NMS applications.
Implement and optimize support for Layer 2/3 protocols (e.g., VLAN, MPLS, OSPF, BGP).
Build and integrate gRPC-based APIs for high-performance communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network engineers, backend developers, QA).
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of NMS solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in NMS/OSS/BSS development.
Proficiency in Layer 2/3 networking protocols.
Hands-on experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C/C++, Go, Java, or Python).
Solid understanding of distributed systems and client-server architectures.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with NETCONF/YANG, RESTCONF, or SNMP.
Experience with microservices and cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Background in telecom or large-scale networking environments.
