  • Monitor Service Provider’s end-to-end support of Network Services

  • Manage Service Provider performance, SLAs, and service quality in accordance with contracts

  • Ensure patch monitoring and deployments are performed in accordance with service levels

  • Provide on-site support to complement service provider remote management services

  • Oversee infrastructure hardware acquisition, installation, and changes

  • Ensure high availability of Network Infrastructure

  • Ensure Incident Management and upgrades are resolved

  • Identify change requests for performance improvements and cost efficiencies

  • Hands-on experience operating Cisco network equipment and VPN infrastructure.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, computers, information systems, or related field
  • 10–12 years of relevant work experience in a Network Engineering or Network Operations role

  • Extensive knowledge of networking technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, QoS, VoIP, IOS

  • Strong experience with Routing and Switching, including OSPF and BGP

  • Demonstrated experience supporting WAN and LAN environments (wired and wireless)

  • Experience with redundant network environments

  • Ability to manage DNS and DHCP

  • Experience with Remote Access / VPN infrastructure

  • Understanding of network security devices such as Firewalls, MFA, IDS/IPS

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and service delivery outcomes

  • This position is 100% on-site

  • Cisco certification is preferred

  • Bilingual English/Korean preferred
