What you will do:
Deployment and configuration of IP Telephony systems
Installation, configuration, and support of Asterisk-based VoIP
Setup and support of Cisco-based Video Conferencing systems
Basic configuration of network equipment (switches, access ports, VLANs)
Installation and initial setup of hardware and software
Day-to-day support and troubleshooting of collaboration services
Qualifications and experience needed:
Basic understanding of VoIP (SIP, RTP)
Experience with Asterisk configuration
Basic knowledge of Cisco collaboration solutions
Understanding of IP networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs)
Basic experience with network switches
Linux basics
Troubleshooting:
Handling basic voice/video issues
Log checking and simple diagnostics
Cooperation with network and IT teams
Soft Skills:
Clear communication
Ability to follow instructions and documentation
Willingness to learn
Basic English skills
A plus would be:
Cisco Webex / CUCM experience
Basic scripting (Bash / Python)
