Service Hub Network is looking for a Network Administrator to join the team.
The candidate shall have background and proven experience in networking solutions (WAN Optimization, routing, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, SD-LAN…).
The previous work experiences should include traditional network skills based on Switching/Routing preferred on Cisco basis and required protocols (BGP, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of network technologies and processes.
  • Proven experience with SD-WAN solutions and traditional WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure.     
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, ACLs, IPSEC, SD-WAN, Wifi.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and processes.
  • Exposure to tooling like ICINGA, Jira, SNOW.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret network performance data for proactive solutions.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
  • Embrace an agile mindset to adapt swiftly to changes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Apply knowledge of agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project execution.
  • Foster an environment where agile principles are practiced and communicated effectively within the team.
  • Comfortable working in on call duty and shifts to support stable operation in the mentioned technologies and services. 

Special tasks:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve WAN, LAN, wireless, and SD-WAN connectivity issues.
  • Participation in on call duty.
  • Maintain scalable, secure, and resilient SD-WAN and enterprise network solutions.
  • Participation in SD-WAN migration tasks as technical support.
  • Verify IOS image compatibility across the network device portfolio.
  • Back up existing configurations prior to upgrades.
  • Execute staged IOS upgrades during non-peak and out of office hours with rollback procedures ready.
  • Pre-configure LTE routers for deployment.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Aid 1st-level colleagues in addressing recurring or complex network issues.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base with documented lessons learned, how-to guides, and FAQs.
  • Staging and testing WAN/LAN/SD-WAN edge devices before rollout.
  • Support 1st-level colleagues in triaging recurring or complex issues.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base with lessons learned, how-to guides, and FAQs.
